Insurance & Billing

At Sweetwater Medical Associates, we accept Medicare, most major insurance carriers, and many more. Please contact our office to verify if your insurance plan is accepted. We do not accept Worker's Compensation Injury insurance or Attorney Letters of Protection visits/cases.

Please understand that you must provide us with your current insurance information at every visit in order for us to submit your claim properly. If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, contact our billing specialists at (281) 494-4900, ext. 2221.
